GoPlanner VISITATORI is a cloud-based software which allows you to automatize all the activities linked to visitor management.
The software can be provided as a SaaS version or installed on-premises with a licence fee on the company network. Its functionalities can be extended with other software making part of the suite GoPlanner: GoPlanner ACCESS used for access control and GoPlanner TIME for HR management. At the same time the system can be inferfaced with third parties’ PMS (SAP, MS Dynamics NAV etc.).
Long registration and access queues are over! Thanks to the digital check-in functionalities the waiting time is considerably shortened and at the same time the reception management costs are reduced.
The system takes into account different visitor types: consultants, visitors, maintenance workers etc. Additional fields for each category can be set up including the mandatory documents which have to be signed by the guests before their visit to the company.

At last, no need to print the registration documentation! With GoPlanner Visitatori the whole process is done through a mobile device. This means no more waste of paper and no risk to forget the documentation.
The software can be used with an IR scanner, which measures the body temperature, or with a QRcode reader. From the backend different anti-covid measures can be monitored automatically.
